Generate a Transaction Completion Response

Command:

Generate a transaction Completion Response.

Notes:

The command allows the Acquirer to use the TK that was used to process the original request/response. It does not use the new TK generated as a result of the response.

If the Host is unable to support binary data transfers, the command can be used in standard (ASCII character) asynchronous mode (in which the message to be MACed is transferred in expanded hexadecimal notation).
